From the moment my plane touched down in Italy years ago, I was in love. Visiting the country where my grandfather was born was the fulfillment of a promise I’d made to myself. I’ve been back numerous times since, and every time I plan to travel somewhere else, I find myself drawn back to Italy. It’s that good. It’s not “just” the amazing food or the world class art or the sacred sites that are too numerous to count. It’s the beauty of the Italian people, the history that seeps up from the cobblestones, the sweetness of life that really does make its home in you once you’ve experienced Italy up close and personal. Join me for a fabulous 2024 pilgrimage to Italy that will begin in Rome and take you to Orvieto, Assisi, Siena, Florence, Padua, and Venice.
