Resolve to Evolve
Sunday, Jan. 2, 9, 16 at 12:30 p.m.

As we head into another new year, don’t get bogged down in resolutions that don’t work. Commit to a ReVolution instead, one that transforms you from the inside out. In this three-week series, we will cover:

meditation (what, how, why, plus practical experience)
mindfulness (how is it different from meditation, where and how can we practice)
miracle of the mundane (finding joy, gratitude, surrender and acceptance in everyday life, no matter what’s happening around us)

Join me on this journey toward real and lasting change. Resolve to evolve!  Zoom options are available for those who cannot attend one or all sessions in person. Just send Jai a note when you register and we’ll get you the private link. Cost for the series: $60. Register at Jai Yoga School.

Restore & Renew
Friday, Jan. 14, 7:30-9 p.m.
Friday, Feb. 11, 7:30-9 p.m.

Join me at Jai Yoga School in Slingerlands for a 90-minute Restorative yoga session that will give you the time and space you need to dive deep into relaxation, rest, and renewal. Following one hour of Restorative practice, I will guide you through a 30-minute Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) meditation to close out this evening of self-care and serenity. The perfect way to spend a Friday evening. All levels are welcome. (Bring warm socks, a blanket to cover you, and an eye pillow, eye mask or small towel). Cost: $20 per session. Registration HERE.

Nothing on the books so far. I’ll be leading a pilgrimage to Italy in October, so that’s taking a lot of my time and energy.

I will be leading a one-day retreat at the Mariandale Retreat Center in Ossining on May 9, 2015. Not sure if that’s too far away for you, but check back for details or email me for more info through the website, if you’re interested.
      Thanks for asking!
