If you’re like most of us, your life is moving at a frantic pace. The world around us spins faster and faster each day, it seems. And that reality can start to speed up our interior lives until chaos outside begins to pick up speed on the inside as well. But there is a remedy, or at least some relief! Why not step outside the chaos and give yourself a weekend to nourish your body, mind, and soul? Join us at Pyramid Life Center, where the beautiful surroundings, the peaceful pace, and the spirit of community and love help return you to the serenity you seek.

The annual Stillpoint Retreat offers participants not only spiritual practices to help discover the divine present in the everyday moments of life but the time and space to dive deep into prayer, reflection, journaling, mindful movement, and more. The weekend is anchored by presentations to help participants refocus their spiritual lives and guidance on how to put practices into place once you returned to daily life. Optional yoga classes will be offered (outside, if the weather cooperates). Our annual Saturday night bonfire is a favorite way to connect with our growing Stillpoint community. A period of silence will be observed in the early mornings and through breakfast, providing another beautiful way to connect with the still, small voice of the Spirit. Cost $205-225, depending on lodging selected. Includes program, accommodations, and meals.

This year we are able to add an extra overnight on Thursday. The kitchen will not be in operation, so if you stay the extra night (additional $50), you’ll have to bring your own food. But it will give you a whole extra day for exploring, hiking, kayaking, resting.
