Restorative yoga is a wonderful practice that allows the body to restore and renew as you settle into relaxing long-hold poses (no stress on the body AT ALL) and let go of both physical and mental tension. This special class is designed to help you move into the new year with an attitude of ease and calm, and it offers all of the benefits of a traditional restorative yoga class with none of the hassles of driving to a studio (especially at night and in the cold!) or losing your peaceful mojo as soon as you get in your car and on the road to head home. AND I have created this class in such a way that you do NOT need special equipment or props. When you sign up, I’ll let you know — when I send the Zoom link — what you’ll need, all items you can find in your own home (blankets, books, neck tie or scarf, etc.) At the end of our restorative session, I’ll guide you through a closing body-scan meditation (known as Yoga Nidra) to get you ready for bed and the weekend ahead.
