SUMMARY:St. Thomas Faith Formation Yoga
DESCRIPTION:All middle school and high school students in the faith formation program at St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Delmar are encouraged to join us Sunday\, Jan. 14\, from 3:30 to 5 p.m. in the school gym for a special program to help students learn to deal with stress through movement\, diet\, exercise\, prayer and meditation. I’ll be teaching a 30-minute beginner yoga class with a brief meditation during this event. Bring a yoga mat or large towel. Invite a friend! Sign up at the link below. Students earn two HOPE hours during this program.
