We will focus on the sacred season marked by the feasts of All Saints and All Souls\, Dia de los Muertos\, and the Celtic tradition of the “thin veil.” \nThis retreat invites you to slow down\, breathe deeply\, and reconnect with the parts of your spirit that are too often overlooked. Together\, we’ll listen for the stories that shape us\, honor the ancestors and holy ones who accompany us\, and create space for the soul to speak with clarity and tenderness. Bring a photo(s) of deceased loved ones or friends. We will have silent breakfasts and optional meditative movement.
