Join writer and retreat leader Mary DeTurris Poust for a conversation on self-care as it relates to the spiritual journey\, and head home with some simple tips and practices for making regular rest and renewal an easy part of even the busiest day. \nEvening begins with Mass at 6 p.m.\, followed by dinner\, dessert\, and a presentation.
