Take a pause and give yourself the gift of self-care and serenity\, all while providing much-needed support to the Southend Children’s Café. Join yoga and meditation instructor Mary DeTurris Poust for a 90-minute donation-based workshop on Sunday\, Dec. 14\, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at the offices of Somatic Psychology Services/Liz Gialanella\, 204 Delaware Ave.\, Delmar. We will take time to breathe\, stretch\, and sink into deep rest through guided meditation. Come for the relaxation and renewal; stay for the community and joy. Bring a yoga mat and\, if possible\, a cozy blanket (and any other props you like to use for yoga and meditation).
